We do our best to describe all products on the website as accurately as possible. However, the colours of the lamps may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. We cannot guarantee that the display of a product on your screen will completely match the actual product.

Prices and Payment:

All prices on our website are in Euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated. The price shown during the checkout process is the price you pay. Payment can be made via the available payment methods on our website, such as iDEAL, credit card and PayPal.

Orders:

By placing an order, you agree to our store policies and terms. You will receive an order confirmation by email, in which you can find an overview of your order.

Please note that we will only start processing your order once payment has been received.

Delivery time and Shipping:

Orders are shipped via PostNL or DHL. Shipping costs are displayed during the checkout process, depending on the weight of your order and the delivery address. After shipping, you will receive a track&trace code to follow your order. Delivery time is usually between 2-5 business days, depending on your location.

Returns and Cancellation Policy:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the possibility to return your order within 14 days of receipt, as long as the product is in its original condition. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns Policy for more details on the returns process.
