Shipping & Returns

Dispatch:

All orders at Panama Lampen are shipped via PostNL or DHL, including a track&trace code. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the shipping information and a link to track your package. We do our best to process and ship your order as soon as possible. Delivery time varies depending on the delivery address, but usually takes between 2-5 business days.

Return Policy:

At Panama Lamps we strive for satisfied customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 14 days of receipt.

To report a return, send an email to info@panamalampen.nl. In the email you must include the following information:

• Your order number

• The reason for return

• Whether you want to return all or part of your order

After receiving your return request, we will send you the return instructions, including the address where you can send the package to.

Please note: the costs for the return shipment are at your own expense. Make sure the product is returned in its original condition and packaging. We can only accept returned products that are not damaged.

Once we have received and inspected your returned product, the amount of your purchase will be refunded to your account.
